Responsibilities / Duties

1.Support sales to communicate with customers about technical query      
2.Carry out detail planning for the bid project, for example, developing a technical bid strategy and determining the scope of supply        
3.Coordinate the technical related activities of those involved in bid preparation, for example, clarify customer technical requirements        
4.Prepare and complete bid documentation as precise as possible, make the detailed and complete technical solution and scope of supply        
5.Acquire agreement on schedules and resource plans for bid preparation     
6.Take the overall responsibility of bid including technical and commercial bid     
7.Prepare releases and decisions on bid        
8.hand over of the project to PM after the contract got       
9.Other necessary tasks additionally assigned  

Experience

work experience in Power Automation (Protection / Substation Control)          
"Project execution, site service
work experience as Sales"          
organizing and coordination experience  in a team           
Working experience in international company preferred 

Skills / Knowledge

major with related power automation and/or relay protection        
bachelor's degree          
basic commercial  knowledge          
be familiar with  Microsoft software (EXCEL/WORD)
good English and good mandarin level
